Stones guitarist to exhibit, sell art in EP (2:26 p.m.)

As part of the Rolling Stones concert next week, Rolling Stones guitarist Ron Wood will have several pieces of his artwork exhibited next week at La Norteña, 212 W. Overland. The public is invited to an exhibit reception from 1 to 10 p.

m. Oct. 19, but entrance is limited to the first 150 people who reserve advance tickets for $50.

All of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to a nonprofit charity that helps children in Juárez. The work will also be available for sale. The pieces will include a number of limited-edition silk screen prints.

They will range in price from $2,500 to $7,000. The public will also have the opportunity to see the art for free. La Norteña will display the art from 7 a.

m. to 6 p.m.

Oct. 19 and from 7 a.m.
