Low Cost carrier says it has lowered some fares as much as 40 percent, and to draw attention to the markdown, it is offering a limited number of one-way fares for a penny until midnight today (Tuesday).


The airline said it is able to reduce fares by allowing passengers to choose services and options that are appropriate to their travel needs. The airline said it offers standard features such as on-line check in and the option to carry one bag on the plane. Other features, such as checked baggage and on-board food and beverages, are optional.


The promotional one-cent fares are available on certain flights booked at spiritair.com before 11:59 p.m.
